MISSION: Step Up Women's Network is a nonprofit,
membership organization dedicated to strengthening
community resources for women and girls. Through
hands-on community service, mentoring, and
fundraising for women's health and critical
issues, we educate and activate our membership
to ensure that women and girls have the tools
they need to create a better future.
Peace4Kids is a non-profit organization whose
mission is to provide children in
need of mentorship a
sense of belonging with a safe, nurturing
environment where they learn cooperation,
conflict resolution,
self-esteem and life skills. Peace4Kids
serves two populations of at risk youth
ages 5-18,
which have very similar needs: foster
children in the LA area; and kids who
reside in the
Watts area.
